Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the entire cloud infrastructure, as well as all technical resources
  • Infrastructure Design/Implementation
  • Run various web applications
  • Administer all IT operations
  • Deliver high availability services
  • Act as the escalation point for IT Operations with 24/7 availability
  • Make recommendations to maintain the performance of the Monitor server
  • Take action to ensure security and avoid risk
  • Document and archive network/server topology
  • Develop business procedures alongside Management to implement continuity plans/procedures

Preferred Skills:

  • Linux platform administration expertise
  • Understanding for early-stage startup environment
  • Computer Science or Information Systems Degree
  • Ability to work with tools, such as Chef, Puppet, and/or others
  • Amazon EC2 and/or Rightscale
  • Bash, Python, Ruby, etc. or other languages
  • JIRA, Confluence, and Crowd
