This is an opportunity to work for a successful software startup company in Downtown, Austin, TX. Does the product you’re selling matter to you, in terms of presenting a valuable pitch to your (potential) clients? If you have the confidence to lead a new product launch in B2B as well as inside and outside sales, then this may be the Sr. Account Executive role for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop sales pipeline
- sell Recruiting Platform to Fortune 500 companies
- prospecting: phone, email, social-media, etc.
- Inside and Outside Sales
- Business to Business Sales
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing Teams
- Manage (existing and potential) client relationships
- complete sales lifecycle in order to meet defined client goals
- nurture leads
- track all activities in database
- negotiate price and close all deals
- hold a quota
QUALIFICATIONS
- BA Degree
- Sales Experience (5+ years)
- Selling to Fortune 500 company sales, including VP-level executives
- Selling recruiting/staffing solutions
- HR experience with existing industry relationships
- Team Player with Product Management and Marketing
