This is an opportunity to work for a successful software startup company in Downtown, Austin, TX.  Does the product you’re selling matter to you, in terms of presenting a valuable pitch to your (potential) clients?  If you have the confidence to lead a new product launch in B2B as well as inside and outside sales, then this may be the Sr. Account Executive role for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop sales pipeline
    • sell Recruiting Platform to Fortune 500 companies
    • prospecting:  phone, email, social-media, etc.
  • Inside and Outside Sales
  • Business to Business Sales
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing Teams
  • Manage (existing and potential) client relationships
    • complete sales lifecycle in order to meet defined client goals
    • nurture leads
    • track all activities in database
    • negotiate price and close all deals
    • hold a quota

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA Degree
  • Sales Experience (5+ years)
    • Selling to Fortune 500 company sales, including VP-level executives
    • Selling recruiting/staffing solutions
  • HR experience with existing industry relationships
  • Team Player with Product Management and Marketing
