Cutting-edge well-funded social media startup in Downtown Austin is looking for a strong UI Front End Developer to join a dynamic 3-4 person team.

Requirements:

  • Up to date with modern web technologies to create an efficient User Experience
  • JavaScript Frameworks (Prototype JS, MooTools, Dojo, Sencha, etc.)
  • DOM Scripting with Javascript and JS Libraries (JQuery and MooTools)
  • Use Tableless Design to write HTML and CSS modern layouts
  • Ability to work around cross-browser issues
  • Write reusable code for UI components

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working with server-side scripting languages (PHP, Python and Ruby)
  • History of completing self-started projects
  • Web Accessibility standards
