RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop tools that provide secure quality implementation:
    • network troubleshooting
    • diagnostics
    • accurate records/status reports
  • Enterprise Software/Operation Systems:
    • installation
    • hardware configuration
    • deployment
    • debugging
  • Determine resolutions for challenging issues that may occur
  • Collaborate with Development Teams:
    • support testing process with level 2 and level 3 support
  • Communicate with Clients to provide excellent service:
    • provide UI solutions
    • configure necessary applications
    • develop functional 3rd party interfaces
    • exceed overall expectations

TECHNICAL:

  • 2-5 years experience
  • MS SQL
  • TSQL
  • DB Design
  • Data Migration
  • Web Services
  • Python
  • (HTML)
  • (VMware)
  • (Financial/Enterprise experience)
