Want to get creative?  Do you consider yourself to be a strong leader in a collaborative technical environment?  Do you have reliable experience and good  judgment to plan and accomplish goals?  This Technical Lead position is for a Sr. .Net Programmer/Analyst with a working background in relational databases and client-server concepts that can develop/code software applications and oversee testing to help solve fixes for a successful startup company.  The job will require 30% design, 20% development, 50% management, and candidate will play part of on-call rotation for production issue escalations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead development activities:
    • Coordinate/Report status:  design, unit test, code, source control
  • Review/Analyze/Modify programming systems:
    • encode, test, debug, and install
  • Write/Review manuals for users
    • describe installation and operating procedures
  • Develop Web/Windows Applications:
    • .NET 3.5 or .NET 4.0 C#
    • Oracle databases
    • adhering to Security Guidelines


REQUIREMENTS

  • Software Development (7+ years)
  • Application Architecture Design/Development
  • Systems Architecture/Infrastructure
  • Lead software projects Agile/Scrum
  • Proven track record for applying iterative development approaches
  • Relational database development (Oracle or MS SQL)
  • Design Patterns
  • WCF, LINQ, & XML
  • Multithreading concepts and Asynchronous communications
