Responsibilities:

  • See that all Agile Development projects are completed and delivered
  • Improve company’s processes, products, and tools
  • Define/deploy/deliver software release processes
  • Create/plan/schedule project time-lines for all deliverables and development processes
  • Oversee a 10-person Development Team
  • Manage Career Development annual reports & training protocols
  • Interview potential candidates
  • Collaborate with Support/Operations/QA Teams
  • Communicate project statuses to company officials and teams with presentations
  • Review peers’ designs and coding, etc.
  • Ensure Quality of:
    • Unit Testing
    • Code Conventions
    • Static Analysis
    • Revision Control

Requirements:

  • Developed products/web apps used by external customers (6+ years)
  • Managed projects/employees (2+ years)
  • Designer, Engineer, Problem Solver
  • Advanced knowledge of Agile Software, Computer Science, and SW Development:
