Sr. C# ASP.Net Software Engineer

Would you consider yourself to be a senior C# ASP.NET Developer?  Do you have hands-on experience with web technologies?  Are you interested in working in a .NET Framework with .ASP .NET web pages/services using Microsoft C# technologies?  If so, a successful startup company in Downtown Austin is need of a Sr. ASP.Net Software Engineer to develop Windows-based enterprise SaaS applications in a fast-paced collaborative Agile environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Software Development lifecycle for multiple projects:
    • analyzing requirements
    • developing designs
    • implementing and testing software/web applications
  • Propose solutions; write, modify, and maintain software documentation and specifications
  • Unit test code changes
  • Administer peer code reviews
  • Troubleshoot software applications


QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Languages:  C#/.Net, VB.NET, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL
  • VB.NET code performance tuning
  • HTML/JavaScript libraries such as jQuery, and/or ExtJS with AJAX
  • Object Oriented Programming concepts
  • Data structures
  • Basic language constructs, keywords, compilation, core API
  • Linux and C++ (preferred)
